Yields in the latest HGCA Recommended List result table have crept up a little towards the five-year mean of 10.4t/ha.

Individual variety rankings continue to remain much in line with previous seasons, with no real surprises. Feed wheat Conqueror is the top-performing variety this year, taking it equal top with Oakley on the over-years mean of the recommended variety.
Only KWS Santiago, another feed wheat, has topped those two, by 2%, at 108% of the controls.
