It's good to see that this victim of misfortune can still see the funny side of his mishap, even if his Uncle and Grandfather look slightly less impressed.
This picture - sent to us by Adam Sansom from Anglesey in Wales - was taken on his uncle's farm in North Yorkshire.
Adam's cousin (seen laughing by the rear wheel of the tractor) has put the tractor in a ditch while flail mowing. He claims that he didn't see the ditch as it was overgrown with nettles!
After an hour or so they managed to pull the tractor out backwards with two other tractors.
There was no damage to the tractor fortunately, but the side-shift bars on the brand new flail mower were bent to the extent that the mower is no longer a side-shift!
