This was the scene after a Fendt 716 and Bailey trailer careered across a field and into the side of a cottage in How Caple, Herefordshire

The tractor was hauling wheat from a combine working in a field behind the house when it was apparently left parked without the handbrake being applied.

Unbelievably the machine narrowly missed a gas cylinder at the side of the house that could have exploded if hit.

The couple living in the house called the fire brigade who installed metal struts to hold the kitchen roof up until the tractor could be removed, for all we know the tractor could still be there, if you know anything about this one drop us a line to fwmachinery@rbi.co.uk
