Former Rangers and Scotland international striker Ally McCoist has been named as the latest celebrity to front The Scottish Dairy Marketing Company’s 'White Stuff Milk Moustache' campaign.
In a bid to raise awareness of the benefits of semi-skimmed milk, Mr McCoist will appear on billboards and bus stops across Scotland along with Dani Harmer who plays popular children’s TV character, Tracy Beaker.
A spokesman for the Scottish Dairy Marketing Company said: "Ally is one of Scotland’s most well-known and respected sporting heroes, so we are delighted to have him on board.
“People enjoy his work both as a commentator and as a TV personality. But more than that, he is someone for whom people have a real affection. So who better to kick start the new year for us than such a well-known Scottish icon?”
