Dairy Crest has added
to its milk purchasing team with the recruitment of a new
commercial director.
Liz Broadbent will join the dairy processor from the
Milk Development Council in
April.
Ms Broadbent said she planned to build on relationships the dairy
already has with Waitrose,
Marks and Spencer and
Sainsbury’s.
“I also hope to strengthen links between dairy farmers and
consumers,” she added.
Dairy Crest said it was also looking to recruit a specialist
organic milk supply manager to oversee its growing number of
organic milk suppliers.
