Italian feed wagon manufacturer Faresin had a new self-propelled model for showgoers in Hanover to add to its range of mainly trailed mixer-wagons.
Faresin's Pioneer, the smallest of its self-propelled feeders at 12-16cu m, has a 140hp engine and 100hp front milling cutter. The Pioneer marks a departure for Faresin in that it relies on two horizontal mixing augurs instead of two vertical cones to chop and mix forage.
Optional four-wheel-drive and two-axle steering complete an increasingly sophisticated machine.
