Yet again the McLaren family stole the show at Perth with their sixth matron sale from their Netherton herd.

The highest bid came from John Lascelles, Carnoustie, Angus and owner of the previous male champion, who paid a new female breed record of 30,000gns for Netherton Missie A114.

One of the most admired females offered on the day, Missie is by Netherton Fabulous Cruz and out of Missie Y288. She sold having been flushed 10 times giving 48 embryos, of which eight were retained by the herd.
