British Lion eggs has released its latest "How to" video featuring Eggs Factor winner Vicky Nowak showing how a few eggs can turn Christmas dinner leftovers into a tasty meal.
In the video, she is seen producing a turkey frittata in just minutes using up leftover turkey and brussel sprouts. By following this recipe, those boring sprouts can go into a delicious meal instead of the bin.
With a flair for cooking with eggs and a family of five to feed, Mrs Nowak knows how to prepare quick and nutritious meals on a budget and was the natural choice to demonstrate the recipe.
"The Christmas-themed frittata saves me time and money on Boxing Day. My family love eating eggs, and by adding turkey and a few veggies I can create a complete meal that also helps my kids on their way to five a day," she said.
Mrs Nowak beat off strong competition earlier this year to be crowned Eggs Factor 2008. Next year, she will be the face of Lion eggs in the 2009 marketing campaign.
