Since the troubles with Norton I am now using BT Internet Security Pack.

After getting rid of norton I then went to my account page on BT Broardband Office and found  that they also do an Internet security pack. So I down loaded and ran . It found many spyware & 1 Virus on the PC,after Norton had said that there was no trouble. Since then all is well, No virus or spyware getting through. Well done BT.

Is BT alright more generally as a broadband provider? I'm with Orange, which is fine except for the customer service, but I'm looking into other options on behalf of someone else...
