Its great the idea of year of food and farming! I would love to do something in my school with this, as farming is my passion! In a school of 1000+ it would be great if we could bring something like that into it.

Are there any resources or ideas that you can use or more specifically aimed at schools apart from the farm visits? I did think of proposing things like game where people can try pheasant etc but i dont know if it would be possible. I am on a team which makes decisions and plans events for the school so its always a possibility and i cover the food and environmental area of it.
