    Roosting

My husband and I are ready to take the plunge and go into chicken sales.  We plan to sell mostly to the back garden chicken fancier and my husband plans a good affordable range of Ark's.  We are thinking of rent suitable premises with a dwelling in Berkshire/Wiltshire/Hampshire area.  Any thoughts on the best location and any advice for us?

I am assuming you know something about chickens, but that this is a new business and life change for you. If this is the case, can I suggest that you spend as much time as is possilble on working out your marketing strategy and marketing plans.

Difficult as making things is, it is nothing compared with marketing and selling products and, although I am sure you will be on a winner with the concept, it will be crucial that you get marketing, selling and pricing strategies right.

    All the very best.
