I'm sure you all have much more exciting lives than I do, but did any of you happen to catch Shipwrecked on Channel 4 this weekend?

I think I saw the repeat of last week's episode, but if you get the chance it's worth a watch to see dairy farmer Char - she got booted off the main island to go and live on another island with two lads, and between them they have to find food and shelter for themselves (I think the other teams get given weekly rations).

My favourite bit was where she happily sat over a pig carcass, asking if she could have the liver and the tongue, while one of the boys went a funny shade of green and ran off to be sick.

It looks like she's clearly going to show the boys a thing or two!

I believe she is from Somerset and is called Charlotte Counsell. She farms a Pedigree Limousin heard in Rodney Stoke.

She also looks rather good in a bikini!
