    Training for diversification

We are all being urged to diversify, retrain, get out there and try something new and are being promised the money to help us do it. Well, you just try and get hold of some of it!! All I want is £180 to do an Artifical Insemmination course. I've got a great export opportunity for semen coming up and want to evenutally be able to do part of the process myself. I can't find ANY small grant funding out there at all. If you want to build a wind farm - sure you can have thousands. If you want to rebuild half your farm for "work shops" or "offices" you can have the money, but a small grant for training? "Sorry - we don't have any funding for that!!" Any ideas anyone? Speak to Business Link as they might have some more funding coming up soon!! Failing that ask Lantra if they know of funding.

If you are over 45 and have two children, one would assume that you could already afford £180 towards a "great export opportunity"
