was wondering just how long people are waiting for new tractors,my brother has been getting quotes for changing the old fw60, first thing he is told by all companies is we dont really want an fw in part ex, then once they have give it the hard sell they drop the bombshell that if we want a 300hp machine it been anywhere between 4months and 9 months wait, was just wondering if anybody else experiencing these kind of problems

 The farm I am going to work on ordered a deere 7530 in January, delivery expected end of July. I say expected....

 

We traded in our old tractor for a New T6010, about 2 months ago, T.H.White said it was going to Glastonbury for the build up, and would be back by the begginning of june! The dealer just kept saying, "it will be ready, oh theres been complications," and we herd its only just returned yesterday, and still hasnt had the loader fitted! So mid harvest, we've had to borrow a tractor from the dealer, and then gone back and borrowed are old tractor back to bring some bales back! What a shambles!!!!

yere the wat time over here are ridiculas a mate of mynes dad is looking at geting a 7530 premeum i think but they said he would be luckey if he got it by harvist next year and that was last month.

I think the used prices say it all, went to a sale yesterday and the dealers were paying only slightly new book price for machines with couple hundred hours on the clock, there certainly wasn't any bargains to be had, tractors that used to be classed as cheap hp such as fords ,deere's,mf in the 150hp bracket were being heavily bid on

anyone else had same problem wi kv ploughs,heard from dealer yesterday and something about industrial action and has put orders back a month
