Three Farmall C 'utility' tractors are the newest additions to the Case IH range.
Introduced to complement the existing Quantum C models, they are new from the ground up, with a new cab design, synchro and power shuttle transmissions and four-cylinder engines developing 56hp to 75hp maximum output.
New Case IH Puma powershift models from 188hp to 234hp have also joined the range, using the same 6.72-litre FPT Industrial Euro Stage 3B engines with selective catalytic reduction (SCR) that power an extended line of stepless transmission Puma CVX models from 148hp to 249hp.
The latest Magnum and Steiger tractors also feature FPT Industrial engines (in place of Cummins units) and cab suspension for the first time. Steiger Quadtrac power outputs now peak at 670hp, a new record for a production tractor.
Stepless transmission versions of the Magnum are due in 2012.
