There will be a whole host of Basis points up for grabs at this year’s Cereals event, for agronomists and farmers looking to grow their knowledge.

The Cereals 2015 event, which is being held on 10 and 11 June in Boothby Graffoe near Lincoln, boasts no less than 12 exhibitors offering the broadest ever choice of CPD points.

Michele Williams, professional registers manager at Basis, said: “We’re keen to ensure members get the maximum benefit from the trail, which is why we’re encouraging the 12 exhibitors to think of unique and innovative ways for our members to gain their CPD points.”

Basis members can claim up to six CPD points each day for attending the event – two for simply turning up and a further four points are to be gained from the exhibitor knowledge trail.

NRoSO members can also get their six points by attending the whole event and by embarking on the trail, again being split by 2 and 4 points respectively.

Members of either group will need to pick up a stamp card on arrival. Basis members must sign-in at the group’s stand, while NRoSO members can get theirs from the entrance or at participating stand.

Cards will be stamped and initialed by the exhibitor after members successfully complete their knowledge trail.

You can hand your completed card into your respective membership stand and Basis cards can also be deposited in the collection boxes at the site exits.

Exhibitors with points available include Bayer Crop Science, HGCA and Water UK.
