Cereals exhibitor 2009

Everyone who has ever grown Hereward is invited to the Gold Standard breadwheat’s ‘Coming of Age’ birthday party at this year’s Cereals Event.

Celebrating the variety’s 18th year on the Recommended List, the party is taking place on Wednesday, 10 June, on the RAGT Seeds stand.

It will kick off at 3 pm with the presentation of the Hereward Long Service Awards to British Breadmaking to the country’s longest-standing growers of the variety and the cutting of a giant cake charting ever year since the variety was first recommended in 1991.
