FBT and mixed farms come to the market

About 70 acres of permanent pasture is available on a five-year farm business tenancy (FBT) near Stainton village, Cumbria.

The land is divided into 21 enclosures ranging from about eight acres to 0.3 acres and is to be let from 2 April 2015. It is subject to an ELS agreement.

About 70 acres of SPS entitlements will be transferred to the new tenant free of charge.

Maples Cross Farm, near Cotheridge, Worcestershire, offers about 110 acres of arable and grassland as a whole or in lots.

A 78-acre stock farm in the North York Moors National Park has come to the market at a guide price of £450,000.

Wardle Farm lies on the edge of Cropton Forest and offers about 63 acres of land suitable for mowing and grazing, a farmhouse and farm buildings.
