Stepping outside your comfort zone

Entrepreneur and former TV Dragon Simon Woodroffe held an audience spellbound at The Future's In Your Hands, an event for young entrepreneurial people in agriculture at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester.

The successful founder of Yo! Sushi, whose first job was on a farm, told more than 80 young entrepreneurs that to be successful with a new business idea, entrepreneurs had to "step outside their comfort zone" and believe in themselves.

He also admitted being an avid keeper of notebooks wherever he goes, and encouraged people to write down all their ideas, no matter how outrageous or fanciful they seemed at the time.
