Royal Welsh Show underway and staying open

This year's Royal Welsh Show is underway and Taking Stock is here to bring you all the latest results. Contrary to rumours, the show organisers are insisting the show will go on, despite the weather which meant a 2.5hr journey to the showground this morning, not bad for just seven miles!

Judging is underway in both the beef and sheep rings, with the first championships likely to be decided in the next hour or so.

Taking Stock will bring you pictures as they happen, so check back here later for full results. For more show news check out FWi's main News page.

Chrissie:

Hope you have an umbrella to hand - looks like you may need it!!

Jonathan:

Yes its wet, but there's still a good crowd round the rings and plenty of ringside judges having their say! As for the brolly, I've been and bought a hat, saves carrying and more to the point forgetting an umbrella.
