Second day of Royal Welsh brings sunshine to Builth Wells

The second day of the Royal Welsh Show has dawned with bright sunshine replacing yesterday's rain.

While car parking is still a nightmare for many, with visitors told to park in the first car park they find and then walk in, the show's organinsers are determined to go ahead, as are exhibitors.

As always, Taking Stock will bring you up to date results and pictures as judging progresses throughout the day.

Jo Farmer:

At least they're not paddling around in the mud like they were at the Royal - that was awful - glad to see the sun is finally shining, maybe I should have braved the car parks and gone after all!!

Jonathan:

A tremendous show of commercial cattle, but bearing in mind the traffic and car parking problems here this morning, you're probably best off at home - pics to come on Taking Stock within the next hour.
