First Balmoral Sheep results

| No Comments | No TrackBacks

As much as I would love to be in Belfast for three days, I can't get to the Balmoral show until tomorrow, but I am eagerly checking the show's website for results. So far few have been uploaded, but what I can tell you is that Elizabeth McAllister scored a double in the Beltex, taking both champion and reserve.

Top spot went to her shearling ewe, with her aged ram standing reserve. In the Zwartbles classes it was a championship win for Michael Woods with his ewe, with Stephen Girvan's ewe lamb reserve.

Meanwhile, among the Ile de France it was Messrs Porter and Hyndman's ewe which stood champion, while David Moutray's shearling ram was reserve.

I'll bring you more results as I get them and will endeavour to provide a full listing tomorrow, along with photos too.
