As we near the end of the Haltcliffe run, Haltcliffe Chico has just been snapped up by Elgin Jones. By Umpire and out of a homebred cow, Elgin finally went away happy as he was an underbidder on the 25,000gns bull from Haltcliffe.
Just after that Procters Farm sold their first Vermount son for 8000gns. By the 100,000gns bull he is out of Procters Tiara.
First prize bull Carntogether Carlos from Laurence McEldowney (lot 281) has just gone at 12,000gns to J and P Kearney, Co Derry.
The last bull of the day from George and Pat Long Millbrow Challenger has completed Limousin proceedings by going un sold at 2100gns.

At 7200gns W J and J McKay has sold Ampertaine Colorado (lot 282). He is by Homebyres Visitor and out of a homebred cow who is the grand dam of the 29,000gns Abracadabra sold in May 2007.
Carrying on a strong run of bulls, another from Laurence McEldowney, this time by Woodhouse Vince and out of a Dyfri cow, Carntogether Captain has gone at 6400gns.
Another from Haltcliffe, this time Cantona (lot 284) out of a good Sympa cow sells for 5000gns to Ross Watson.
The best from Harry Emslie's team, Emslies Czar (lot 285), by Saphir out of ballymoney Vera has gone at 6200gns.
