Middleton in Teesdale calves to £1150

Topping trade at Tuesday's annual store sale at Middleton in Teesdale was a second prized Limousin steer from J C and J white, Rigg Farm selling for £1150 to T D Hough and Sons.

The champion on the day also came from the White family and sold for £960 to J Fenwick.

The female champion, a British Blue cross, came from J A Robinson and sold for £1020 to T D Hough and Sons.
