Viper takes Newark Show cattle interbreed

In a repeat of last year's cattle interbreed result, Limousin bull Greenhill Viper has just clinched the championship title, having pipped James Webb's Charolais bull into reserve.

Viper, by Nenuphar and out of Nana, was shown this year under the ownership of the Comack McDowell partnership, having won last year when owned by David and Mary Cormack.

The Webb's bull, Newrodoige Bruno, is by Burradon Talisman, who has bred many top priced bulls for the Thrunton herd and out of Clinerty Stephanie.
