The junior champion and reserve junior champion have drawn a flurry of bids from an expectant ringside with the reserve junior taking the day's top call of 38,000gns to Adrian Ivory, Cardean and Bill Bruce, Balmyle. This one, Goldies Champion from Hamish Goldie is by Goldies Unbeatable and out of Kinclune Pipper. He carries a terminal sire index of 33 and a self replacing index of 38. He'd been one of our picks at judging yesterday and was hotly fought for at the sale.

The junior champion, meanwhile, could only muster a bid of 8500gns. This was Killadeas Charade from the Bothwells and he also sold in a two way split. He's by Dunlon Ulick and out of Killadeas Novelty.
