Royal Welsh Winter Fair heifer championship awarded

| 2 Comments | No TrackBacks

Here's the first news of the day from Builth Wells, the heifer championship has gone to Berwyn Hughes with a British Blonde sired entry Miss Stress which weighed in at 624kg. This one is bred by H Williams and is out of a Limousin cross British Bue dam.

TS Res Champion.jpgIt's safe to see I didn't see this one coming and many of those I spoke to yesterday may be a little surprised too. The steers are underway now, so we'll have that result for you as it happens.

Shows waht we all know and think I reckon? Having looked at who won what I wasn't thinking that one would come up trumps!

was a bit like that at Thainstone too....but once you're in the ring I'm sure it's totally different.
