Top of the day at Worcester for the Texels so far is a 3200gns call for the winner of the novice class yesterday, Strathbogie Stonker from James Innes and Son. This is by Mossknowe Pudsey and out of a dam by Annan Limmy and sold to the Claybury and Kingsland flocks.3082011 Lot 154.JPGAt 3100gns was Glenside Sexpistol from John Forsyth. This is by Strathbogie Python and out of a dam by Castlecairn L A Lover.3082011 Lot 173.JPGAnd then at 3000gns was Whitehart Spot on from N Hartwright. This is by Humeston River Dance. He is out of a dam by Broomknowes Lion King and was fifth in the novice class last night.3082011 Lot 158.JPGSelling for 2700gns was Mellor Vale Star from Charlie Boden. This is a Cowal Rob Roy son out of  a dam by Haddo Knoxie.3082011 Lot 103.JPGA 2600gns bid was enough to secure the best of the day from Claybury, a Tamnamoney Ned son in the form of Claybury Shakespeare. This is out of a dam by Muiresk Forever and has an index of 255.

And at 2500gns was Procters Saracen from Procters Farm. This is a Hadddo Ringleader son out of a dam by Ettrick McCoist and has an index off 259.

Best of the day in the shearlings so far is a 2260gns call for Roxburgh Renegade from John Elliott. This is a Drinkstoene Peacemaker daughter out of a dam by Lumbylaw Malton and has an index of 314.

Very good turn out of texels, especially the shearling ram Roxburgh Renegade he was a stonking great ram.
