South Devon Herd Book Society sale tops at 7200gns

DSC_0156 Lot 54 web.jpgA bull from the Sexton herd of leading breeder Richard Harvey topped the South Devon Herd Book Society’s show and sale at 7200gns at Exeter.

 

Sexton Poll Polaris 26th, by the successful sire Sexton Poll Hermes, stood champion and heads for Hampshire with buyer D A Ashcroft to join his Chavid herd at Alton.

 

Cullompton-based breeders A and E Bartley sold Mutterton Strongbow 13th for 7000gns. He is by Northwick General 8th and was bought by A and C Farms.
