As you know, I get sent lots of charity calendars - some are of the type you'd feel comfortable giving your grandmother, others feature semi-naked people, inspired originally by the Calendar Girls effort.
I've come into work this morning, though, to find an interesting new development as regards semi-naked photos.
A book (the profits from which go to The Injured Jockeys Fund and The International League for the Protection of Horses) called Ladies That Ride has arrived.
It's full of photos of women who take part in the various horse riding disciplines in various states of undress.
It bills itself as "a photographic essay by Nigel Holmes" but, believe me, it falls into the category of 'books you wouldn't be comfortable showing your grandmother!'
The photos are, eeer, how shall I put this delicately, rather more explicit than many of the charity calendars ones.
Apparently our copy arrived in the office a while ago, but was commandeered by one of my colleagues who had it squirreled away under his desk.
If you're interested, I'm more than happy to post one or two of the photos from it on Field Day, although being the sensitive soul I am, I'm worried about causing offence - so won't unless I get lots of requests.
Alternatively, you can see some of them at the website.

I'm sending you lots of requests....as one person.
I personally don't like FASHION, I can't believe folks with empty-stomach breathing to tell people what fashion is.
