Like the look of these dishes?

Asparagus risotto, lamb tagine and rhubarb fool. Farmers Weekly's cookery writer Philippa Vine cooked them for me last week (it's a hard life!) and I got to play film director again, making a video of proceedings.

Philippa was a natural (watch out, Nigella), although I fear my film won't do her justice. I'm no Martin Scorsese.

I'm working on the video at the moment so should have it ready to share with you later this week.

Oh wow - I could do with some of that lovely grub. You lucky, lucky fellow.

Hi Tim,

Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog, I'm really sorry to say that I deleted it as I hadn't seen what was in the photo and thought you were spamming me LOL

Horse flesh doesn't sound that nice to me either but I know people who have eaten horse steak and really liked it so maybe it's ok?
