Good on him for killing them but I don't think I could eat them other than if I was starving as a rats a rat no matter how much PR it gets
I've never tried them, SJK - people tell me they taste quite nice though!
Just finished watching TV prog on Paul and his war with grey Squirels. Great programme! I was very interested in trying Squirel as a meat, so i went and shot the grey squirel my 4yr old daughter feeds most mornings to try on the BBQ, very tasty! In fact loved it that much, I shot a red to compare taste. I now prefer red squirels and will be having Red once a wk on Thursdays from now on! Thankyou for enlightening me to the plight of the grey!
