The Darling Buds of May was a massively popular TV series – even if I did used to think that Pa Larkin (played by David Jason) would have been the sort of ‘farmer’ who’d have been absolutely awful to live next door to!
Anyway, the farm in Kent where some of the series was filmed is now on the market if you fancy grabbing yourself a bit of the ‘perfick’ lifestyle…
