More than 700 acres of arable land is for sale across two farms in South-East England.
In Essex, 680-acre Margaretting Hall, near Chelmsford, is available at a guide price of £8.25m for the whole or in two lots.
About 634 acres is put to arable production and there is a 13-acre reservoir with 150,000cu m capacity.
The timber and steel-framed buildings are in good condition, as are two farm offices, a range of general-purpose barns, stables and tack room.
Storage for up to 1,300t of grain and a 660sq m potato store are in the main farmstead.
The whole farm is currently subject to a contract farming agreement, with the Grade 3 land cropped to wheat and oilseed rape for 2015.

The main house has four bedrooms and three further cottages – one of which has an agricultural occupancy restriction – are let out and currently occupied.

In East Sussex, Ketches Farm, near Uckfield, offers 286 acres including woodland and two farm cottages at a guide price of £2.5m as a whole, or in five lots.
The 230 acres of agricultural land is predominately Grade 3. All fields are put to grass but about 100 acres is suitable for combinable crops.
The former Agricultural Holdings Act tenancy farm has been run as a sheep enterprise under the Organic Entry Level Scheme, which expires in May.
