Braemar expands its farm holdings

A specialist fund designed to make land more accessible to the smaller investor has added almost 300 acres of Lincolnshire arable soil to its portfolio.

Home Farm, a grade 2 and 3 arable farm at Little Steeping, was marketed by Brown & Co and acquired by Chesterton Humberts for the Braemar UK Agricultural Land Fund. The guide price was £1.915m. An existing tenant within the portfolio will farm the land.
