Goats milk company Delamere Dairy has launched fresh goats milk products in supermarkets in Hong Kong, after opening an office there in 2011.

The company processes 10m litres of milk a year and already supplies long-life goat and cow’s milk to the Middle East, but this represents its first sales into the Far East.

Ten UK goat milk producers supply Delamere, and its goat and cows milk products are now sold in every UK supermarket.

The dairy was started by Liz and Roger Sutton in 1985 in Cheshire with three goats. The couple began making cheese in their kitchen and gradually expanded the herd before moving to a farm tenancy.
