Another drop in the value of the pound has boosted UK grain prices again, with spot feed wheat gaining almost £5/t in the week to Friday. This put the average ex-farm price at £118.50/t, with merchants offering £116-£120/t ex-farm, as available for August. Thursday (11 August) saw the July 2017 London feed wheat futures contract reach a July 2017 contract high of £137.75/t, where it remained on Friday.
