Gloucestershire farm with large fields and good storage

Haycroft Farm at Swanley in Gloucestershire’s Berkeley Vale is all down to grass and has 56ha (140 acres) in just three fields. This is an executor sale for which an auction date is yet to be confirmed.

Agent Roger Price of Voyce Pullin describes Haycroft as a practical, easy working ring-fenced farm. It has a modern four-bedroom farmhouse in good order, with an agricultural tie and will be offered initially as a whole at a guide price of £1.4m to £1.67m. However the farm has also been lotted three ways.
