Mole Valley Farmers sells its Calne feed mill

Mole Valley Farmers has agreed to sell its 75,000t Calne feed mill to Botley Flour Milling Company.

In a move described as “a strategic business arrangement” Dukes & Botley will take over the running of the mill from March 2008. A toll manufacturing agreement has been agreed between Southern Valley Feeds, a subsidiary company of Mole Valley Farmers, and the new owners.

Andrew Jackson, chief executive of Mole Valley Farmers, said: “Our Southern Valley Feeds customers will continue to receive the same high quality product, service and delivery.”
