Poultry World continues search for top UK poultry trainee

Pfizer and Poultry World are working to together in finding and rewarding the UK’s top poultry trainee who has expanded his or her skills through on-the-job training.

This year sees prizes worth more than £2500, including an engraved trophy, a training programme of his or her choice and a day and night in London to attend a high-profile presentation ceremony in Whitehall.

The process

Entries are open to trainees who have expanded their skills by on-the-job NVQ training and they can either enter themselves or be nominated by their employer.

Deadline for entries is 21 May, after which a shortlist of three finalists, selected by a judging panel, will be profiled in the June, July and August issues of Poultry World. Then, you as a reader of Poultry World can play your part in voting for the winner.

Entry forms are available to download or can be requested by phoning 020 8652 4020, faxing (020 8652 4042) or e-mailing Poultry World.

Then send completed entry forms to Trainee of the Year, Poultry World, Quadrant House, the Quadrant, Sutton, Surrey SM2 5AS. Alternatively, e-mail or fax them.
