SEIZE CHANCE TO LEARN, STAFF ADVISED

STAFF WHO are allowed to attend meetings and discussion groups should be positive and accept the chance to learn new ideas, said Staffs herd manager Phillip Feeney.

“Don’t knock new ideas at the first hurdle,” he advised other staff. “Speak to others who have done new things and get their experience first. Also make sure you have a positive image in the owner’s absence and when hosting other groups.”
