Thousands of Young Farmers have arrived in Blackpool for three days of business and fun.
This annual get-together – an unmissable fixture in many young people’s calendars – sees members from across England and Wales gather for their agm, to take part in competitions and to party.
By early afternoon today, members – many sporting their distinctive club shirts – could be seen out and about in the Lancashire resort.
Highlights of the weekend include the Agricultural and Rural Affairs Forum, the Pantomime final, a “superhero” fancy dress night and a ballroom dancing contest.
Today also saw the arrival of a Cornish contingent, whose appearance in Blackpool marked the successful culmination of their 400-mile “Tower to Tower” charity bike ride.
