All the barley is now in the ground and I can return to some kind of normality. Funny when you are really busy you don't see things properly. Round the sheep this morning I noticed about 20 broken fence posts so repairs are also on the agenda. Next big job is to demolish all the old steading as the insurers have written it off. Very much looking forward to the new shed that will replace it, finally be able to get everything under one very large roof.
Lambing and calving now too but as I don't have to sow at the same time it feels like a holiday.
