Yeah, y'know in my photo gallery there's a photo of our estimated wool payment, well, we have signed up for an 'Extra4wool' thing from CWG so apparantly we get 7.5% off most of the stuff in store which is great!
Has anyone else signed up for this?

[That title was HUGE!]
Hi, sorry I haven't been posting for such a long time. I've been busy as you can see...
First of all - sheep shearing, our 1st time doing it by ourselves and the sheep came out looking like they'd been butchered (oops) and we used up a whole thing of wound powder, poor sheep but at least there weren't any limbs cut off...
Then we let the new chicks (about a month old) out into the wide world so I had to teach them how to be proper chickens as the older chickens just beat them up. The teaching involved showing them how to gang up on the dog (she's a bit of a wuss) and that worms come from the muck heap (as well as dead things). So now the are happy and are fending for themselves.
Next we have built a home for the Quails and they seem to like it but I don't know if they are classed as free-range or caged because they can run around and fly in their run but they can't escape because they would fly off. Nuts really.
Then there are some chicken eggs in the incubator and are due to arrive tomorrow so we'll have chicks coming out of our ears.
Then the lincs show, It was really good! Even though I couldn't go both days because mum wouldn't let me have the day off school, grrrrrrrrr... But, anyways, I watched the young farmer tug of war which was great, and I had a milkshake, then I saw PRINCESS ANNE in the CO-OP TENT! - Ha ha. Then I had a milkshake, then I adopted a donkey, then I had another milkshake... (they were really nice though!) So all in all it was a good day.
Then I cut my finger in art today and had to go to first aid.
That's about everything now I think.
