Oh my God! There's a kestrel in the bath!
Walking through the horses paddock to check the water through as the ponies are spooking at it. Look over the edge, oh there's a dead bird in there, I'll have to get it out and refill the trough. Put my hands in-
SHHHHHHUUUUUGGGGGAAARRRR!
IT'S ALIVE!
So I runs to dad because I know that wild birds have big talons and I don't want to get cut, he fishes it out and sets it down, it starts shaking, awwww. Then we realise thet ants are crawling on it, so we grab him again and flick them off. Then he starts squealing and his parents come closer, so we put him on the roof near the tree where his nest is and leave him, so his parents can find him.
I hope he's Ok.
