Shane's Blog

My first blog

Hi. This is my first blog. Lets hope that I can do a lot of bloging.

We finnished harvest on Tuesday, straw and all. Yealds down on last year , I think Organic prices will have to go UP again. Good in one way, as grain to sell , but bad in another as feed to buy in for layers and day olds when the new ones arrive in November. Still we have plenty of good silage and lots of third cut grass. I think a drop of rain would do well now as the brassica fodder crops are up.
