You will have to let Isabel know you are trying.  She has to approve all avatars before they can be seen but the system doesn't let her know whether there are any waiting for approval.

She used to be under the illusion that the approval process was a software error but I don't know whether the developers have explained yet that its purpose is stop inappropriate avatars being published.

With your obviously electric persona, you should have no trouble!

I 've also tried to add an avatar and failed.

I love the idea of a forum but its a huge learning curve.  Couln't you at least have some sort of help file for those who haven't used a forum before.  Including a glossary of terms! All I want to do is change my pic (sorry avatar) and find out what the little icon by my name means.

Maybe I need an idiots guide!
