hope someone can help with this. I have some grazing land that is in beautiful surroundings. So, i want to buy a marquee and use the land to run wedding receptions. I can't seem to find any advice on whether I will need any planning permission to do this. The marquee won't require planning consent as its a temporary structure, but I am unsure whether I will need to apply for some kind of change of use permission, as its currently grazing land?
please help, as I think this could be a money spinner!!
