According to a report from Agence France Presse on September 28, 2005,
at least 54 people are suspected of contracting bird flu (highly
pathogenic avian influenza A H5N1) in Indonesia...

"At least 54 people were being treated Wednesday for suspected bird flu
in Indonesia, where the disease has already claimed six lives."

"Jakarta's Sulianto Saroso hospital's deputy director Sardikin
Giriputro was cited as saying the hospital will soon discharge three of
20 suspected bird flu patients after tests gave them a clean bill of
health, adding, "Once the clearance... is received today (Wedesday)
they will be returned home tomorrow."
