Harvard is the place that all egg producers were lauding about 11 or 12 years ago because they announced that eating at least one egg a day was good for you. I assume that somebody with a vested interest in vegetable oils paid for the latest research.
In my youth I would consume at least four eggs a day, this later reduced to about two, and then increased to five or six because I was an egg producer again, working hard, not raising my own beef, and really needing the protein. I now eat whatever three hens produce (shared with my wife) so not as many as before. Do I have prostrate cancer? No idea. Do I have high cholesterol? No idea. Do I have high blood pressure? No idea. Do I have a heart problem? No idea. Do I enjoy life? Yes.
I am way past my sell by date, and have had no need to see a doctor for many years. Enjoy life and ignore the doomsayers. Have you ever had a doctor tell you that you are fit and healthy and need no medication whatsoever?
